  1. Low fat chocolate milk

If you want something sweet, your childhood favourite food (chocolate milk) is something to think about. Chocolate milk helps you to deal with stress with the help of the potassium present in it. It is never going to add to your weight but instead help you to keep your fit.

  1. Look for Avocados

If you need to burst your stress, then you should look for food that has enough vitamin B, which has been proven many times over as a great stress reliever. Avocado match this type of food that is packed with vitamin B. avocado does not only contain vitamin B which is a stress buster but also contain monounsaturated fat and fiber – these two will also help you to keep full.

You can make some homemade guacamole and ensure that you don’t go beyond the two table spoon serving size and consume it with black bean chips. There are other ways to enjoy avocado in order to relieve stress which include, taking half the fruit and add a little squeeze of lime on top of it and use spoon to eat it. An avocado is even creamy and that makes it a better option for your ice cream desire.

  1. Consider Raspberries

Raspberry is a fruit that is full of stress busting antioxidant and it also contain vitamin C which helps to boost immune system. It is a low calorie fruit that can help you to get your sugar fix. You can just toss raspberries with low fat yogurt and you’re good to go.

  1. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a fiber-packed food which will help you to overcome stress especially with the ability to help in the production of serotonin, a chemical present in the body which makes ones feel good. To get the better option of relieving stress from oatmeal, make use of non-fat milk for its preparation. Non-fat milk will give an added extra calcium and protein; just mix the oatmeal with almond butter.
