There are certain times in your relationship you might feel you want to give up on your relationship for so many reasons.
Have you ever felt like enough is enough and you can’t take it any longer?
Have you gotten to the point where you are frustrated and you just want to give up on your relationship?
There are certain signs that indicate that you should give up on your relationship and they are:
You don’t feel the love anymore:
In as much as it is easy to fall in love, it is also easy for that same love to diminish.
When you start feeling like love is lost in your relationship then it is high time you give up on your relationship.
It is funny to think that some people have reserved love in their heart but as soon as it seems like you no longer have feelings for the other person, you should probably quit.
The relationship feels one sided:
Normally in a relationship, love should be expressed from both party but if over time, it starts feeling like only one person seems to be showing love then you can decide to give up on your relationship.
The relationship seems like a struggle:
If your relationship feels like it’s a struggle then it should be questioned. If you feel like you are the only one trying to make it work then you should simply end it.
A relationship won’t go far if the two of you can’t make it work and so it doesn’t make sense if only one person does all the work.
The relationship is not symbiotic:
Imagine only one person contributing financially in your relationship. How would you feel if you were the only one doing this?
You might not mind doing this but if you do this consistently, you will surely get tired. How long do you think you can do this?
You feel pressure in your relationship:
You may decide to give up on your relationship if you are always pressured to do what you do not want.
If your partner always forces you to go against your will just to make hi or her happy then that is not good.
A relationship should be enjoyable for both man and woman.
The relationship inflicts pain on you:
If your partner beats you often out of anger then you can give up on your relationship.
Why should anyone be beaten up and what ever happened to sitting down like adults and talking?
The relationship lacks compatibility:
Why be in a relationship with someone who does not understand you?
People do not change and if you remain in that relationship thinking that would happen, you will only be wasting your time.
There has to compatibility in everything you do. I agree there will be times you both argue but you need to be on the same page for the relationship to grow.
The relationship lacks vision:
If you are in a relationship and do not know where it is headed, what exactly are you doing? Watching the time pass you by?
Every relationship must have a vision that leads it to its future so if yours lacks one, you should probably have a rethink.
You feel dissatisfied:
When you start feeling like something is missing from your life and you want more out of that relationship then something isn’t right.
You should feel content when you are in a relationship so when you start feeling too needy, it’s time to let go.
You are not just happy:
If your relationship makes you unhappy, I see no reason why you should still be in it.
Staying in an unhappy relationship means that you are just enduring and accepting whatever comes your way which isn’t right.
Before you give up on your relationship, you should really think about it.
