    Exercise is great for reducing belly fat, also a big problem to losing belly fat is stress. Exercise can help with that but so can a few changes in your diet.

  2. These are all great for firming up the ab muscles, but losing fat is highly related to what one eats. It’s about 70% diet/nutrition related with the rest from exercise. To lose the belly fat, proper diet is essential and will make all the abs exercises way more effective at showing results. cheers!

      Thanks Rose for your comment, I will agree with you that to lose fat, one has to let go of certain foods that store up fat in the body. And truly, lack of exercise will not help in losing weight.
