Confirmed! NYSC 2011 Batch ‘C’ Winding-Up/Passing-Out Programmes (2nd – 18th Oct)

I had earlier published it out here the date for passing out parade for NYSC 2011 Batch ‘C’ and some doubted me, I hope you can now believe me and put your doubt behind you. Thanks to all that believed me with their positive comments. NYSC wishes to inform you that Management has approved the following programme of activities for the 2011 Batch ‘C’ Winding-up/Passing-Out exercise:-

Tuesday 2nd October, 2012 – Wednesday 10th October, 2012

(a) Job Creation and Awareness Week, Sensitization of corps members on Job Creation/Opportunities after Service and conditions for issuance of Certificate of National Service. This will be done at the Zonal level using relevant officers.

(b) Lectures/Seminars on Job opportunities by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) at the Zonal level.

(a) Release of Passing-Out corps members by Employers

(b) Registration/Clearing of corps members

(a) Parade Rehearsal

(b) Signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors

Tuesday 16th October, 2012

(a) Parade Rehearsal

(b) Signing of final Clearance by Zonal Inspectors

(c) Debfriefing/Evaluation of Service year

(d) Administration of Questionnaire (Form 4B) on 5% of the passing-out corps members.

(a) Final Parade Rehearsal

(b) State Farewell Party to be presided by the Governor of the State.

(a) Passing-Out ceremony to be presided over by the Governor of the State.

(b) Distribution of Certificates of National Service to deserving corps members
